"Cool Shades" is a 23-year-old Thoroughbred who resembles a Quarter Horse in personality and appearance. In fact, she was used much of her life to produce Appendix Quarter Horse foals!
Rescued off the feed lot, severely emaciated, after her prior owner "forgot to feed her," she's spent the past few months being rehabilitated. Now all better, Cool Shades has turned out to be an excellent kids horse!
Cool Shades would be great for an adult or child wanting a gentle trail or pleasure horse. Not for heavy riding. This easy going horse is also great with others of her species, so would also work as a companion. But this is a gem of a child's horse!
