Tribal Legend and Danielle!
TL made the short trip to Granada Hills today, to start his new post-racetrack, post-rescue life with forever mom Danielle, as a gentle/light trail horse and eventual therapy horse.
Pretty lucky for a crippled racehorse dumped straight from Del Mar Racetrack two months ago, as a still intact colt. We went ahead and gelded him anyway, even tried a few injections into his compromised, arthritic knee, and hoped even despite his issues making him "less than" perfect, we could find him a loving home. And we did
