Blonde Bounty's condition continues to fail to improve, and tonight, her fever has returned.. We stopped by the hospital tonight to give her pets and love, and are praying she pulls through this. But, as it stands... 17 lbs lost since arrival at the hospital, Monday....we are bracing for the worst. "Sophia" may just be a hospice case now.
If the decision is made, at least the last few months of her life, she stopped just being a commodity...and finally became, a beloved family horse. For tonight, we continue to hope, with a few more diagnostics to be run. But not at the cost of making her suffer.
