One of our "hopeless old man rescues" was Sterlings Stormy," an elderly, neglected Chincoteague Pony stallion. He's been living the life of a pampered pony the past month, since we rescued him at Mike's Auction, at foster Leia's. Now at a much better weight, and his feet slowly being trimmed to a better length, Stormy's ready to go home -- back to Maryland, to live out his days at Chincoteague Pony Rescue's sanctuary.

We've worked out a haul for Boston Baked Bean to head back to Kentucky come Wednesday, and Stormy can hop along for the ride, if we can raise the $1350 to pay the hauler to get him there!

With only a few days to raise the funds, it's a daunting task, but we're thrilled to have worked out returning two rescues to their "homes," if we can just get them there!

So, can we do it? The trailer leaves Wednesday morning, and we need $1350 to get a space for him. For a 2,355 mile journey, on a luxury semi, that's an amazing rate!

If you can help us reach our goal, by Wednesday morning, our Paypal is auctionhorsesrescue@gmail.com

Let's get little Sterling's Stormy back to the land of the Chincoteague's!!!
