Thanks to successful networking, the Mustang/QH stallion from Yucca Valley, and the Quarter Horse mare "Peanut Butter" made it to their respective private rescuers this evening.
The Mustang/QH stallion was one of the remaining horses on the property of the "Yucca Valley 6," the emaciated horses with bloody backs rescued two weeks ago, thanks to a tip from follower Sherry. The authorities are still hard at work on the case.
Thank you to Sue and Kelly for taking on the challenge of rescuing a horse under your own care. We started the same way, just a single person finding a horse or two in need. But for that one horse, you will change their world.
