From https://www.facebook.com/pages/Chincoteague-Pony-Rescue/231970770184008 HE MADE IT !! Sterling's Stormy made it cross country and is safe and sound at the rescue. He is happily munching on hay in the round pen for now. He is in good spirits for just making a 3,200 mile trip from California to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
A HUGE thank you to Megan and Auction Horses Rescue for alerting us to Stormy's needs and fundraising to get him from West Coast to East Coast. It amazes me that one little pony has touched the hearts of so many in such a short time. A sincere "Thank You" to all who donated to help him. More photo's and video's to come.
