Sterling 's Stormy update from Chincoteague Pony Rescue's
We had a great second day with Sterling's Stormy here at the rescue. He has had a few visitors to welcome him and ate up the attention. He spent a few more hours out in the round pen and then I took him for a walk by the pond to eat tall grass. He just loved that !! I also walked him down our woods path to see the other ponies. He enjoyed visiting with them all. He is in love with Equine Senior and got a fresh apples compliments of our friend Wayne. He is back in his stall for the night and I will put him out in the two acre stallion lot tomorrow to really stretch his legs. I am still amazed at how well he traveled with such a long distance haul. He is adjusting so quickly that you would think he has been here all his life. Just what I like to see.
