The grey mare and the Andalusian cross, rescued off the lot this morning, are settling in beautifully at Ventura Farms. The two will be looked at today by their in-house vet, feet issues immediately addressed by their farrier, and then left for an extended period of rest through their quarantine period.
The two horses seem extremely grateful, and their entire countenance changed as soon as they stepped foot on the 1,300 acre property of peace and tranquility. A huge step up in life....it doesn't get better than this.
